Happy New Year!
We are officially one week into 2018. This is about the time where goals, resolutions, and plans start falling though the cracks as we go back to school and work after the holidays. We’re all guilty of it. We want to workout, but now there’s less time. We want to eat healthy, but old patterns start creeping in on us.
The key to keeping new years resolutions and becoming an overall healthier person in 2018 is to transform your goals into habits.

My backpack and duffle bag have become my trusty companions for the next 6 months. Traveling minimal is actually quite new for me, so I really had to experiment with what it is I actually need in addition to doing some research.
I’d be lying if I said I never used to overpack on my trips. However, I’ve actually found that having less things makes life so much easier on the go and also makes the experience much more fun! It’s nice to know that you’re using everything that you bring and also leaving space both mentally and physically to enjoy the experience and people around you. The key to traveling as minimal as possible is to pack items that can be used for multiple purposes.

Hello Everyone! It has seriously been ages since I wrote a post! This semester has been a crazy one. Between work, school, and some major life transitions I found it hard to keep up posting regularly. Now that the semester is over ( thank god ) I plan to stick to a regular schedule.
With the holidays right around the corner, I know many people will be traveling. I personally will be visiting multiple cities in just under two weeks! Plus, half of my family lives in Chicago and half lives in California, so I regularly travel between those two cities. I always get so excited for my trips to see family, of course, but also because I love to get organized and pack my suitcase! Over the years ( and through learned experience ) I have developed a system for myself when I go on my trips so I know exactly what I will need to bring to have a comfortable flight. I have tried many “hacks” on Pintrest; some worked and others, well, not so much. I’m going to be sharing some of my in flight essentials as well as practical tips that have helped me get the most of my travels. Whether your going to be traveling for two weeks or two days, hopefully you get some tips that you can take with you this holiday season!

Hi everyone! I was inspired to do this post about ways to organize and declutter your life because these past few weeks I noticed that I was getting a lot done, but still did not feel peace of mind. I was meditating, eating healthy, working out, but still felt a bit scatter brained and “urgent”, so to speak. I really looked at WHY I was feeling this way and what was the root of the stress. Than it hit me that there were alot of subtle things that have gone overlooked that were adding to my stress. Once I took some time to declutter these areas of my life, I felt so much better.
Here are some tips that helped me and things you can do when you feel like your life is getting a little bit chaotic. Wheather your in a rut, going through a major life change, or just feel a bit overwhelmed, applying these tips will help to clear your mind and get you on the path to new healthy habits and thought patterns.
