Very few things in life are as peaceful as early mornings. The air is cool, the sun is rising with all it’s beautiful colors, and the birds are just beginning to chirp. The worries of yesterday have faded away and the opportunities of today are on the horizon. I’ve always thought that mornings were the best time to think and create.

No matter how beautiful the early hours of the day are, not all of us are born with the natural ability to wakeup at 5am and immediately jump out of bed to soak up all the magic. We’d rather hit the snooze button until our responsibilities come creeping in and demand our attention.

For day 3 of my 30 day writing challenge i’m doing something a bit different. As of late,ย i’ve been trying to expand my food choices a bit and steer away from my usual acai bowl for lunch. I am definitely a creature of habit so normally I tend to have the same meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Since i’ve been making it a point to try some new recipes, I thought I would share some of my favorite lunches i’ve been making that are super easy to pack for school or work.

I’m excited to share these because this post is actually in collaboration with my friend Natasha from Namaste Active. With that being said, I know you guys will love these recipes. In additionย to being delicious and flavorful, all of these lunches are quick, easy, inexpensive, and would work great for meal prepping. They are also all vegan and gluten free. Combined with the snacks, you have a perfectly balanced meal that will keep you satisfied for hours and provide tons of energy, without leaving you feeling heavy and gross.

How to Change Your Life With Momentum

Hello everyone!

I’m back from the dead! “insert laughing emoji here*

No but really, it has literally been FOREVER since I wrote a post. I’m not going to lie, the main reason is because I haven’t been as inspired now that my schedule is more full. Between school, work, and now dancing; I leave the house at 7:30am and get home at 10:30pm.

This is a huge change from last semester; where I had the majority of the mornings/ afternoons to myself. I am, however, thankful for my busy schedule because it forces me to be productive. Oddly enough, this is when I am the most at peace and relaxed.
