So, it’s now two weeks into January and if you haven’t used your newly-purchased gym membership once this year, don’t feel too bad. The gym can be an overwhelming place filled with confusing machines, overly-enthusiastic body builders, and honestly, not enough personal space.
Luckily, there are still ways you can achieve your fitness goals without even stepping foot in a gym, if that’s not your thing.
Losers make excuses, winners make it happen! Ditch the excuses and get going.

On Monday I mentioned one of the healthy habits you can add into your life this year is to take some time for yourself and love yourself a bit more.
It’s no secret that we live in a world filled with high expectations. Living in the digital-age has made it very easy to compare ourselves to other people. The truth is, as much as we know we should, it’s hard to love yourself when you’re constantly bombarded with images of perfection and impossible standards.
At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you’re at in your life, we can all benefit from a little more self-love.

Happy New Year!
We are officially one week into 2018. This is about the time where goals, resolutions, and plans start falling though the cracks as we go back to school and work after the holidays. We’re all guilty of it. We want to workout, but now there’s less time. We want to eat healthy, but old patterns start creeping in on us.

Good Morning! Looking back, I’m sad to say that I didn’t make it to my 30 day challenge. Writing every day is much harder than I anticipated. However, my new goal is to keep up with posting now that school is over and I have more time!
As some of you may know, I’ve been doing quite a bit of traveling lately and plan to continue to travel after my stay in Hawaii this summer. It honestly feels like a dream come true being able to explore all the places I’ve dreamed of going. The universe is truly abundant and aligns you with your deepest desires if you’re in tune with yourself. This lifestyle is one I’ve always longed for, but never felt achievable due to circumstances. However, I’m a firm believer that if you want something in life, you just need to make it a priority and make it happen.
